You only get one shot at this ‘purpose’ thing. If we roll something out and it fails, it’s going to be impossible to do it again later. People will be too skeptical about it. It will end up just being a slogan on our website that no one knows or cares about.
His words reaffirmed for her that a slow, thoughtful approach to purpose is best and that we must prepare for purpose success through educating and engaging people in it well before activating and applying purpose.

How do we enable our self-leaders (not just our appointed leaders) to take ownership of company purpose and their own purpose (BYO Purpose)? How do we create a purpose movement across our company?
