Delightful, caring and multi-talented!

Shans background in work health and safety ensures she understands more than most about what’s needed and wanted by companies and importantly their people.

We’re blessed to have Shan choose to work with us in the greater Brisbane area, sharing her skill and passion for good.

Please tell everyone who you are.

My name is Shan and I like to think of myself as a therapeutic movement practitioner.

I am passionate about music, movement (dance/exercise) and massage.

Is Corporate Massage ‘it’ for you or do you apply your skills in private practice? If yes, how and where?

I have a corporate governance background so consult part time in work health and safety, management systems and quality assurance.

I’m most passionate about workplace wellness. I have and treat private table massage clients, mostly on weekends.

I also earn a little as a musician, performing my original songs at a monthly residency in a restaurant, and as a percussionist at various music festivals (Woodford, Byron Spirit and more in the future)…

It takes a special kind of person to work as a touch practitioner. Why do you do it?

I love people and I love to express my affection for people and support them to integrate healthy habits for quality of life experiences.

Massage is the perfect vehicle to do so, and with corporate massage particularly I get to touch many many people!

How does what you do every day contribute to the greater good of your community, or thinking big, the planet!?

What I do contributes to an ever increasing sense of the celebration of choices we in the western world have within reach, to generate a local experience of peace and connection that expands the possibility for contribution, peace and love across the planet.

And very importantly, because you’re a normal (super) human, what is the most normal thing about you?

I laugh and smile a lot 🙂

We can only give thanks to whatever greater power there is that there are amazing people – incredible women! – like Shan out there, doing what they do. Helping instil a level of balance in the world.
